All returns must be authorized and have us issue a RMA number or will be refused. 

30 day return accepted on new unused, unopened, non electronic parts from date of purchase. 

14 day refund policy on all used parts. 

Sorry, no returns on electronic parts (including batteries), exchange if defective only. 

Sorry, No returns on new or used power equipment. (Please seek a local authorized repair center) 

Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to and from our location. 
Shipping concession / reimbursement is at our discretion. 

Refunds post back to the payment method used. 

Shipping concession, if any, above cost / refund of actual item will be issued via company check.
